Support for reaching a formal EFQM "Committed to Excellence" Recognition

Objective:

Organisation has a first draft of an EFQM Management Document and a rated & prioritised pool of improvement ideas for future implementation.
Organisation has three fully implemented improvement projects with results achieved and a Validated by EFQM (or NPO) with a formal and internationally valid recognition as being “Committed to Excellence”.
Organisation is fully capable to do further self-assessment on their own and understands how to use the results.
At least one member of the applicant organisation has passed J2E Training.

Content:

A 2 days training on the basics of self-assessment with quick overview on relevant Excellence approaches like CAF, EFQM or EQARF and with focus on meeting relevant national requirements whilst working on self-assessment as a starting point for a continuous improvement process (CIP).
Facilitating the client organisation’s first self-assessment and supporting the development of an EFQM Management Document out of the results.
Review and prioritise the Areas for Improvement. Decide the critical improvement projects, which will be required for C2E application.
Support the client organisation in generating an application document for C2E after having run the improvement projects, training for the site visit interviews and helping to analyse the feedback from the Validator after the Site Visit.

Prerequisites:

Having full support of Senior Management to apply for EFQM Recognition.
Making sure that an experienced team of employees and managers (3-6 persons) is available for the assessment phase without other obligation than attending the 2 days’ assessment workshop.
Implementing and completing the improvement projects selected before applying for a Site Visit by EFQM.
